recently had the opportunity to photograph and try some of the best cheeses I've ever tasted! Ann Arbor's own White Lotus Farms has a brand new creamery and will begin to sell an assortment of cheeses on May 25th! White Lotus Farms is located within the Tsogyelgar Dharma Center. You'll be able to find the highest quality artisan cheese around. Here's a preview of the deliciousness to come:
