The University of Michigan's North Campus Research Center is a sprawling 28 building complex acquired from Pfizer in 2009. Since the NCRC was established it's been flourishing with activity and growth.
The NCRC has it's own library, cafeteria, MCard station, art gallery, and progressive treadmill work stations:
